  To take an appointment follow below procedure 1. Numbers are giving from 1530h onwards 2. Doctor is arriving at 1800h to 1830h 3. After doctor's arrival giving 10 numbers base on availability 4. Numbers are calling 10 by 10 5. After first 10 numbers again giving 10 numbers to patients those who are available on that time 6. Average time taken to see one patient is around 6min
