  It takes too long to make the payment. The cashier was so slow. He was just taking his own time with the transactions. If not for him, I would've given 4 stars.

  This emmission testing Centre is not located in Old Kottawa Road, Nugegoda, it is on Mirihana Road, Embuldeniya, Nugegoda, Have been going there since 2012. Management is good and helpful but the place is plagued with fraudulent testing operators, who try to falsify report make you pay them to get a pass report. I have already made a complaint to the management, but no corrective action has been made apart from the apology I was given. Those 2 rogue testing operators still work there.
