  Rooms are older but clean. AC worked well. Wash rooms are very small and basic. Facilities provided are not reasonable for the price they charged. No any good veiw to the room at all. Good thing is the main host and others are friendly and it is close to public beach Trincomalee where anyone can enjoy the evening and sunrise early in the morning.
