  poor customer service. quite disappointed about that. but the food was good. and a cozy place indeed.

  A good place to hangout , usually calm ,good wifi too. popular with college Crowd for group studying / meetings . The coffee can get bit cold (not hot enough) when served thou. Have a smoking lounge with a balcony.

  Good food and great meeting venue. Our meetings are most likely to held here if it's not at an office. They have private rooms for bigger meetings etc at no extra cost. You just have to purchase ~5k food to reserve a room. Their hot chocolate is really good but, not everyday.

  If you're looking for a place in the busy Colombo area to do your assignment, office work or to have a casual client meet up, then this is the best place. They have two stories where upstairs can be considered calm and quiet. The coffee options are great but the food price is on the high side. Given the freedom to do your work i guess the food price is a better trade off to make.

  Good layout. Nice coffee taste and good display of merchandise. It would help a lot if staff would appear more energetic and my espresso was at least half of the size I got. Although were told I still received my second one still full cup to the ream. Over all still happy to go back there.
