  I am from Dehiwela, Colombo and I moved to Anuradhapura for work. I am a fitness enthusiast, and thus have trained in many gyms both in Sri Lanka and abroad. A few things I look in a gym other than equipment are good hygiene, helpful staff, bathroom and well kept equipment; as well as low levels of crowdedness. I have to say that eagle fitness has all of them. For example, Eagle has shoe policies make sure that people don't wear outside shoes inside the gym. It also has excellent cable machines which are well maintained. (I have come across a lot of gyms in Sri Lanka, that have really bad cable machines) The staff are really friendly and the coach is dedicated. Also, the gym is not crowed which i find to be the best perk. I train between 6 p.m and 9.p.m (due to work), and never had i to wait for a machine. On the downside, the gym is not very big. However, it has all the general machines you need to build a good physique. The weights are Olympic standard, as well as the barbells. All in all, it is a excellent gym. If your in town and you like to train like me, you should pay a visit. They also have cheap one-time entry rates. I am an engineer by profession but a gym addict by heart. I love to travel, and I also train where ever i travel. So if your like me, you should stop by Eagle.
