  Perfect place for peaceful but quality. Great position, great wildlife and lovely room. Very close to Sigyrya rock

  Ehalagala Lake Resort is an amazingly beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel in Sigiriya. From the time we entered the hotel premises we felt the warmth and hospitality of the Staff and they definitely gave us a star class service. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. Food was out of this world, and both western and eastern cuisine were offered with a handsome spread to cater all taste buds. The pool was one of the greatest attractions and the lion rock was clearly visible from there. We enjoyed calypso and eastern music sessions in the evenings beside the lake, amidst the bonfire. All in all it was a wonderful experience beyond our expectations and we really felt our stay of two days was too short. We will definitely go to this place for a longer stay next vacation, and recommend it with confidence to anyone who's looking for a great, relaxing and a memorable stay in Sigiriya at an affordable price.
