  Worst embassy that I have been to. O was stanfing from 9 am to 11 am on the road just to get into it. The vfs gave a appointment time at 9am. And there was nothing related to that appointment time or reference. If you want to get to Italy get a EU visa from any other country in EU who at least know about humane procedures. I am quite sure no one at that place know anything about it.
