  Another State owned institute that has a tremendous potential to grow but lagging behind due to typical government inefficiency. There's no adequate people at counters and those who are there have big attitude problems. The courier rates though are cheaper and reliable therefore will have to patiently digest all the negative vibes in there.

  The service may seem slow at first, but what you need to understand is that this is a governmental institution. For such, the service is indeed acceptable.

  I went there around 12:30 . the person in a counter said that they are going for a lunch break. So come after 1:30 . They are very rude people. It seems they are providing free services. I've waited there for 30 minutes.but he didn't went for a lunch. It looks like he works very hard and he wants rest. I've had bad experience. I won't ship anything via EMS again in this country. Never ever.. And their customs officer charge whatever he wants.

  Workers avoid customers. They think we ask free service. I wanted mail a certificate to abroad in express mail. Closing time 4.30 but I went there around 4 but the worker said The person who received the post is absent come tomorrow morning. I am coming from moratuwa it is too far. I have work tomorrow so I asked them please receive now you can send tomorrow. But he said "no no come tomorrow". Is the way ems treat a customer?
