Regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, FCT is one of 16 primary dealers making markets in Government Securities. FCT is currently the market leader amongst the non bank-affiliated primary dealers and holds a rating of A- from ICRA Lanka. The company is also an active secondary market player in the purchase and sale of government securities, as well as repurchase agreements (repos) and reverse repos.
