  Great place where proper programs are offered such as body building, weight reduction, Tae-boo fitness training, Aerobics, Functional Training, General fitness, slimming, core training, hard abs and yoga. Even though it's like the other gyms in Colombo the trainer is properly skilled to provide proper training according to the clients need. Safe and clean place. Dressing and shower room is present with separate bathroom for men and women. The equipments are all brand new and upto date. My personal recommended place. The price is cheap if u get the yearly package. Training - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Bathroom and shower - yes Men and women - yes Price - cheap Equipment - new
