  Famous road side fruit stalls (about 15) for about 200 meter stretch of Kandy road(A1). The main set of stalls are on your Left side when you travel from Colombo. The Rambutan season(May to July) is the best time to stop there. Though the prizes seem fixed, no shame in bargaining if you are buying a sizeable quantity. ☺
