::Saliyapura Zoological Gardens is a small zoo maintained by the Gajaba Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army located in Saliyapura, Anuradhapura. Saliyapura Zoo is located 8 km away from Anuradhapura town along the A9 road. The Zoo has been established adjacent to the Welfare Shop and the garage owned by the Gajaba Regiment. There is no fee to enter this zoo. The Zoo also has a place for children to enjoy. There are beasts, crocodiles, deers, green leopards, ponies, sows, patties, turtles, and various birds. The zoo is beautiful, landscaped and clean. It's a great place to spend a relaxing and relaxing family vacation.
