::A lovely eco lodge set in the jungle. Rustic and open it's not for everyone, but for us it was a lovely place to stay. The meals were great and the host joined us. Very nice and would love to come again.

::The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. They cooked us the nicest vegetarian curry for breakfast I've ever had. The lodge itself is an experience you will not be expecting. Definitely stay here if you are planning to go to Sigiriya rock.

::Tucked away off a rugged dusty road near Habarana, this forest retreat is a fantastic stay. Maulie and her staff are attentive and helpful with arranging jaunts to local sites. Communal meals are a great way to hear how others are exploring Sri Lanka and hear Maulie's perspective from her extensive experience in Sri Lanka. Very highly recommended stay as long as you're willing to unplug for a bit. Book early.
