  Do not ask them to cut any of your valuable rough gemstones! I had a number of rough gemstones cut by their staff. Their gem cutting was so dreadful that many stones came back damaged or were so badly cut that any flaws in the gemstones were retained. Some of the stones now need to be re-cut while others could only be thrown away. I lost hundreds of dollars worth of gemstones.

  I have worked here for three days. In rush hours I had to wait for hours to do my work. And the corporate setup has to be improved. Washrooms and dining rooms also have to be improved. Enployees are friendly. They provide clear guidance for the visitors. And the chairman is a professional with a great vision.
