  Beautifully designed and we'll maintained villa set on the banks of the river. Spacious property with 3 large bedrooms that each have ensuites and the 2 main bedrooms have an outdoor shower along with the standard shower in the ensuite. Large pool and outdoor space to relax and watch the world go by very slowly. The food is great but can be a little salty or a bit too spicy at times as well as being brought out on "Sri lankan time". Plenty of helpers around to go and get things for you from the markets or liquor store as well there is a small store just outside for the essentials. Small things let this place down.. no toiletries, the mosquito situation could be managed better inside the villa..and the rooms can do with ceiling fans and not just an ac unit. We have stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could stay for a few more.. perfect as a base to explore the southern coast of Lanka.
