  Good Sri Lankan food and a typical Sri Lankan bar run by the Urban Development authority. The pricing is such that all types of people come to Ganthera. Wouldn't recommend as a family location unless and otherwise the full place is occupied by a single crowd pricing is very reasonable but they do not have a menu which means that options are open.
