  First immpresant were positive . The grounds are lovely around the place.the rooms are comfortable and pretty.every one very friendly and kind . Service was excellent. More cultural, simple concept, few minutes to galle fort .overall very happy Recommend.

  I think it is a very nice place to stay. The hoste are realy very kind. They have a very special garden with a lot of aeting plants. Very interesting. For me it is the first time to be on Sri Lanka and here the impression of the people is just what I read about them kind and beautiful. Emmy Deppe

  This house built in end of 18th century. It is ancestral place & now living here 5th generation. One of the oldest house in this area. The village called “Wataraka”, situated at 4.5 km from Galle city. Old house surrounded with 3 acres of land, mainly Coconut & Cinnamon plantation. Also include Spices, Ayurveda herbs & many fruits. Part of the land Paddy Field & Vegetable beds. Border of the property there is a canal with Mangrove ecology system. Nature lovers can watch more than 25 verities of birds & wild animals here.
