::Sri Lanka is a wonderful country to visit, and Go Tour Lanka is the way to go. Its eight UNESCO World Heritage sites (an amazing concentration for a small island nation), a variety of cultural attractions, beautiful scenery, and beaches should attract every serious traveler. I just completed an eight day tour, guided by Ruwan Wijerathne, the founder of Go Tours Lanka. His services as a guide were enhanced by his professionalism, extensive knowledge, friendly support, and interesting conversation. We traveled in a comfortable, air-conditioned, Toyota sedan on a program that included Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, the Golden Temple of Dambulla, the Ancient Cities of Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa, the Sacred City of Kandy, and the Old Town of Galle. Ruwan capped off my itinerary with an extensive orientation tour in Colombo. A shout-out, as well, to Udaya who did an excellent job as my guide during one day of the program when Ruwan had special duties in Colombo to perform. I am grateful to Ruwan and his team for introducing me to Sri Lanka's awe-inspiring sights. It is an adventure that will dwell happily in my memory. I highly recommend the services of Go Tours Lanka.
