  Government sub office for local peoples who need their legal documents and daily needs. Service of grama niladari officer is not much good, he is acting like a king of the area any how no other solution for the local people becouse government administration system is not computerized, they are still working with pen and files. Even if any one need a character certificate from garama niladari officer they have to wait for that more than 2 - 3 hours, even some time this officer dont know anything about the person who need character certificate but he will issues certificate what a stupid system
