  Still under construction. We have been a sub contractor of the construction. Excellent build quality with very high attention to detail. Still expanding construction up to date. Very large upscale rooms with grand view of sea. Construction have been slowed down lately. Will be a real gem, when finished. Both hotel and resident.

  Located between Galle road and Indean ocean. This place has a best sea view. This building project contains 45 floors and similer design to Empire States building in USA. This project owned by Sino Lanka Group and this will be hotel and offices.

  Grand Hyatt is a very big five star hotel chain in the world and it's going to be open soon in Sri Lanka... the building is under construction, but looks almost 80% done... its with 47 story's... and tallest for the area... once it open in Sri Lanka, surely the rooms will be demanding for seasons....
