::Generally the customer care is very good in hear. My recent visit on Sunday 25th February 2018. Wasn't very pleasing as the new young guy was very rude . ... been a loyal fan of Green Cabin this was bit disturbing. I had few items consumed there. And this guy ask me to pay since I was intend to take some takeawy plus having a Rs. 5000 note . I ask this man to wait indicating that I am gonna do some takeawy. Very ruddly he insist that I pay for the things I had. . Any way I obliged. .. they should understand that it's very inconveneant to eat while standing as no proper counter to keep your food. while u eat its dificult to handle cash and so on. Any way for take away I had to pay once more thus it's more work for them as well. I never was in need of some thing since its Sunday and happend to pass Green cabin I just stopped to give a treat for me and take some away. . But next time I pass I will not stop unless I really have the need for some food. If the regular ataff had been there this wouldn't have happened. As they are always courteous specially the lady . As they know the regular customers. And they know Green cabin costmers are of a diferent segment ... most like me are customers since our child hood. Mangememt need to train the new staff before they come to serve the valued customers.

::Services are so poor .. they have put old man n a woman who are not active enough to serve customers fast and only has one cashier. Also green cabin prices are now so high but low standards.. charge money to put happy birthday on a their basic cake ,no egg on the lamprice and the quantity compared to bread talk p n s fab this so so low in quantity n quality , pineapple cake is not like it used to taste .. sponge still has their good taste n better ..customer service and free Happy Birthday or anything written on icing . Its great if green cabin keep the taste , quality and quantity too while just putting only price n high n low customer service. Why cant they give food value for money like good old days.
