  very peaceful place! close to Pinnawala and Kandy. i enjoyed staying here and took tours all over Sri Lanka.

  Madu is very kind and welcoming. We had a great time in pinnawala riding elephants, trying Sri lankan foods, watching elephants bathe, learning about tea production, and overall learning about Sri lankan culture. He's a chill dude who is really committed into making people feel welcomed and having a good time. He showed us a side of Kandy and Sri lankan culture that we wouldn't normally get to see on our own. Hanging with him really boosted the quality of our trip and in the end we all became friends. If you're looking to see Kandy from the eyes of a native, then I highly recommend taking Madu up on his offer.

  This phinomenon place surround by rain forest and peaceful environment, Nature is perfect On the other hand hospitality and food was amazing.
