  Called to the Green Retreat Holiday Resort, Panadura around 1pm to ask the availability of food for lunch and the bugger who answered the phone is asking that is this the time to have the lunch and the bugger scolded us it wasn't a lunch time and how to prepair lunch at this time. Isn't 1.00 p.m not the lunch time? If he can't prepair food at this time, there is a way to tell that they can't prepair food at this time. The fellow doesn't know about the hospitality and even the donky doesn't know, how to treat their customers. Very unpleasant customer service.

  The bugger answering the phone is scolding customers. Called at 1pm to ask the availability of food. That bugger scolded us it wasn't a lunch time. Do not go there guys. Very unpleasant customer service
