  A great place to spend the holidays with the FAM or just a getaway from the crowded streets of the city. Providing all the necessities one should need, a moderate pool, friendly hospitality, clean and tidy rooms (the cleanest toilets I'v visited in this category might I add), great ac, OK-ish wifi, good food and of course a great view of the beach. The place is reasonably priced which is totally worth for the services they provide. Overall: I found myself enjoying the peace the place brings with lots of relaxation. So as was my purpose of the trip. Given the chance, I would spend at least a day or two at most. I'd give it a 6/10 in my book.

  Staff are very helpful, buildings are still in construction and hotel rooms are quite average. Nice pool and very close to the beach.

  affordable. Ideal for budgeted travellers. Still under construction (might be noisy and less private)

  Beds are not comfortable and swimming pool is not properly maintained. Even food are bit pricey. You need to pay for the rooms at check in. Open to beach. Very closer to Galle road. (Walking distance)
