  Good services and friendly staff Customer care is need to be improved. It has only three cashier point. You have to wait reasonable time in the queue peak hours. Parking might be a problem because it has only few slots but it is manageable. Generally ok. Recommended to bank with them

  Very good bank..not a lot of customers so everything is fast..but only 2 counters for money deposits though..

  Worst branch of whole HNB network. doesn't know Customer relationship at all.

  Went here at night time when the bank is closed. But, pretty pleased to see they offer cash deposit/withdraw machine. Check deposit machine. A touch screen display for queries. Nice!

  Very bad customer experience. There is a cash deposit only counter and other counters but only one queue (trying to copy other banks). Cash deposit counter person does not direct people correctly. When one of the customers argued, took that persons side. Customer service should be equal to everyone.
