  Customer care is just about average this place we can say. Cash advances available. Also cash deposits as well. Now they have a cash deposit machine with ATM machines, so you can deposit and withdraw any time you want. This bank was good place for fixed deposits and normal deposits earlier, but now it doesn't seem that good. Some space available for parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance available too. But no wheelchair accessible parking available.

  Poor customer service, front office officer Sandamali.She doesn't know how to speak to customers.
