  staff dont know how to behave with their co staff infront of customers,dear hnb please provide customer service training also to ur staff,only system training isnt enough for the corporate culuture,if you extend your banking time please arrange dont reduce the service counter for extended hours, I never visit to same branch again,😈

  The bank is place of future example to the city of green revolution. Eco friendly bank.

  It's a huge branch with great number of service stations so service is much faster than I imagined. Security will ask you to remove your hat but very nice bank. Great staff.
