  Central location, very clean 24 h security Parking, swimming pool on top floor with nice view Supermarket at 50 m Great choice

  The appartment was pretty dirty - staff doesn't care much about cleanliness. But is was very well equipped, with very comfortable beds. There is also a swimming pool at the rooftop - with perfect water temperature and beautiful view. Also we had some problems with AC - they are very old there, and don't work perfectly.

  Clean place, the area is closer to Odel the famous department store in Colombo. There is a Bread Talk within walking distance. The roof top has a nice swimming pool with a good view of the city from the Terrace.

  We stayed in 11/6 which is in a neat and clean building. It is a nice sized 2BR apartment which is well furnished and equipped. Friendly and helpful owner. Good view of Colombo. There are plenty of eating places nearby. The Dialog mobile company HQ is 5 mins walk at Union Place. There are supermarkets and restaurants at Union Place. There is reliable WiFi and fully functional TV with all the channels one needs to watch. The building has good security arrangements round the clock.
