  We stayed at this home residence for our first two nights in Sri Lanka and it was absolutely perfect for us. Large home with 3 bedrooms, all looked good sizes with high ceilings, air con, ceiling fans and ours had an ensuite bathroom. It's a good few minutes away from the beach but close to the train, buses and central Negombo, quiet, very clean and reasonably priced. Self catering, much like an air B&B; very near the big supermarket and our host Dumith was extremely helpful and friendly... He picked us up from the airport on our arrival and dropped us off to the train station when we were moving on, we exchanged numbers and he said to call him if we needed anything whilst in Sri Lanka. There's a kitchen, large living area with a piano and a garden with well lit veranda. Fair price, would definitely recommend.
