::Clean hospital with all new sophisticated equipments and all.Staffalso I can say friendly but preparation of final bill took unusual long time, which was really inconvienet.
Thilina Mudalinayaka
::Very poor service. Had to wait for almost 4 hours just to get the bill finalized. Will never come back to this place. Better go to a government hospital rather than this place.

::Very unpleasant the way they manage channelling service. They confirmed the time as per the number we got but never they could manage it every time I visited had to wait at least 2 hours more than the confirmed time. Hemas staff or management never take any action for this time wasted. At leat they could call the doctors to get confirmed whether he arriving late and accordingly Hemas can send a sms to patients by informing the delay. Hemas must understand that the people coming here are patients with several difficulties. The koke is by wasting more than 2_3 hours once I complain their staff they said what to do, we can not manage that. I think the top management of the Hemas hospital should take this seriously.

::Good for channeling service, vaccination and laboratory testing. Don't try there emergency Treatment unit. if you insured they will do unnecessary tests. once ( in 2015) my sister admitted for a abdominal pain and (case was a stone in kidney.) they did primary tests and decided to do a CT scan. she was insured by company. I did call ETU doctor and ask for the reason why should we do that and they don't have a answer. at the moment they didn't got a opinion from a consultant who related on this case. Then I did contact a consultant nephrologist (from another hospital) and finally he gave just a pain killer and no problem for 3 years.
