::Museum had a big collection. Things we have never seen. Navy Officer explained them one by one which was very useful. view from the tower was amazing. We could see the whole area from there. I think that is the only tower in that area. Museum set up is good. Had under ground section as well. Saw many boats and vehicles used by lTTE. It was worth watching.

::Nice place to spend your stay in Trincomalee. As it is controlled under navy, they give a full informative description about the museum and the importance of the Trincomalee as a naval way point.

::This is the largest navy camp in the Sri Lanka. This is much valuable place in our country and every one must be gone to this place.. When you gose to trincomalee never miss these valuable place.. Before you go to this base you have to get permission.. Don't forget about it.

::Such a awesome place.. once you reached to top of the Hoods Tower, you may see the beauty of the china bay which counting small 8 islands .. There is a nice history behind the Tower and Mariners will explain properly .. worth to watch ancient technology regarding communication and Navigation..
