  A bit away from town center (but very close to railway tracks) so it is mostly quiet. Staff were polite and friendly.

  I hate this hotel. Even my first impression about this hotel was very bad. The lobby stinks and had no ventilation. I felt dizzy. The bathrooms were old. I'm wondering for what reason was this hotel given 2 stars. No swimming pool. No hotel compliments (soap, shampoo.... etc...)

  Although the features may be a bit limited (but surely adequate), the service and the dedication of the staff is definitely 5-star! They would go out of their way to accommodate guests' needs and always helpful.
