  2500 LKR per night next to the railway and Mt. Lavinia Hotel. But i asked and payed only 2000 Rs. checkout 9:00. You have to go up on the roof terrace and see the view its amazing! They washed my clothes for free and i got a free bottle of their hotel-water! The stuff speaks no english but is very friendly. Worth a stay - cheap price.

  It's literally by a very busy railway track, so probably noisy all night. I asked for a good price and was told 2500 LKR... There are cheaper places nearby
