  No air condition. Ithink currently under construction. Foods are good. Parking is nearby place. Narrow carpet road. Waiting for improvement.

  Stayed here when a chess tournament was going on at Matara. Rooms were no clean. Full of mosquitoes. Only plus point is the place is very close to Polhena Beach. Food is not there. Every facility is below acceptable levels.
