  Not good. Swimming phool dirty. Breakfast....very bad. Room condition normal. But hot water and wifi very slow.

  Aim of Ayurveda The aim in Ayurveda is to protect the wellbeing of the healthy & to heal the unhealthy (cure & prevent diseases). What we do through the Ayurveda Panchakarma is the elimination of stagnated polluted materials & energies which are the main cause of illness, then bringing all the internal energies to the natural equilibrium. We can use the Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments (Five main cleansing treatments) to stop diseases from occurring & to attain or improve good health. These Panchakarma procedures are used to cure & eliminate the root causes or diseases or ailments for people suffering from various kinds of health issues. The Panchakarma treatments are:  Nashya Karma  Vamana Karma  Virechana Karma  Vasti Karma (Anuvasana Vasti & Niruha Vasti)  Raktha Mokshana Before a person can undergo any Panchakarma Treatment they have to be prepared for these by the following two categories of processes: 1. Oilation – Oil application 2. Sudation – Warm treatments that cause sweating Massages In Ayurveda all massages belong to the category of External Oilation (oil application), the below treatments are some examples:  Head massage  Face massage  Body massage  Foot massage  Hand massage  Neck & Shoulder massage  Back massage  Special massages for joints, etc. What is done by these treatments is as follows:  Aid to loosen all toxins (stagnated polluted materials/energies) in the body.  Stimulating the nervous system and help to improve nerve function.  Stimulates the blood circulation and help to correct this.  Aids the cleansing of all body-channels.  Relives the stiffness and hardness of joints and corrects mobility.  Balances physical and mental energies.  Relaxes body & mind.  Preventive against obesity & related health hazards.  Prevents premature aging (slows down the aging process). Besides these treatments we are doing special ayurvedic treatments, like: Special Reflexology foot massages This stimulates the entire nervous system, reliving blockages & enabling a free flow of body energies. It also stimulates all the systems and body organs, balancing both physical & mental energies. Shiro Dara This is a well known treatment, which is performed before the Nashya Karma (a Panchakarma) to loosen & collect the out flowing polluted stagnated materials & energies from above the shoulders onwards. When taking this treatment individually it can be applied for Ear Nose Throat disorders, Sinusitis, Migraines, other kinds of headaches, against stress, depression, Burn-Out, Insomnia & other psychological disorders. Shiro Vasti One of the most advanced treatments of Ayurveda. In this treatment we put & keep special herbal oil on the head by using a hat shaped special leather instrument. This can be used for the same conditions as stated under Shirodara. Shiro Pichu It is a Special treatment for head with herbal oil or herbal paste. This can be applied against all the conditions for which Shiro Vasti & Shiro Dara are used (for same reasons as stated under these relevant topics.) Kati Vasti This is one of the advanced treatments for problems in lumbar-sacral (lower back) areas, like: Spondylosis of Lumbar region Lower Back Stiffness Sciatic Nerve problems & pain Numbness of legs or feet that arise due to any muscular skeletal or nerve problems in the lower back Graive Vasti Procedure like Kati Vasti applied for the neck region, against: Cervical Spondylosis Numbness of hands or arms due to any problems in the cervical (neck) area Pichu It is a Special oil treatment for specific areas of ailment in the body. Here cotton is soaked in warm herbal oil and kept on the affected areas for the prescribed duration of time. Specially used against Arthritis and muscular or joint pains & problems.
