  I have been a HSBC customer for last 16 years but the HSBC network in Sri Lanka is a horrible experience. The branch network around Colombo is okay, but this particular branch at Kandy gave me enough troubles. At last I stopped my longlasted deals in Sri Lanka with HSBC because of the management of this branch at Kandy. However I should say that there Thalawathugoda branch is the best I have visited. However I am a happy HSBC customer of HSBC @ Canada.

  Only HSBC bank since Colombo.Easy payment machine avialable 24×7.Helpful staff.Staff is better than Hotline service
