  Love this place...it was my 2nd visit in weligama and we prefered to stay at same place as per our last visit realy nice and clean place. We enjoyed our time here i will give more credit to Ishara (Manager) he really helped us lot also other staffs are too very helpful...will deffinitely suggest...

  Brand new building with 3 floors and balconies, small dining area outside under the roof, private parking with the gate. We took a fan-room without ac. Everything is good, room is spacious with a fresh new furniture, but located on the last floor with a very thin roof, so you actually receive all the heat to your room during the day and the fan can not manage with this. I'd better put ac on this floor rather than on 1st one, which is in shade itself. The property is just in front of the rail road, but they do not have trains at the night time usually - last one nearly 10pm, first one is 5:30:) To the beach side is about 10 min walk, partly by the main road A2.
