  Famous hall in Jaffna. Wedding functions,cultural functions and many programmes are conducted here. It has a big stage and upstairs with chairs. This hall doesn't serves food but it has many facilities. It has a big parking place and it's easy to park big vehicles. It has a wonderful look and situated in a calm place near neeraviady pillayar kovil. Not sure about the money.may be fair .
