  Tacky 'resort' style place. Trying to be something it isn't. Mostly incompetent staff. Say they've booked stuff you request, but haven't. Awful 'buffet' food or limited choice of two dishes for the dinner package. Best bit is the part they don't control, the beach. Stayed in far nicer for less during our two weeks in SL. Avoid.

  Had an awesome time here on 31.03.2018 with my friends. The place was very pleasant and relaxing. Pool was good. Service was very much appreciable. Food was mouth watering, filling and beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Front Office Manager Ms Omega Fernando for the arrangements. We would definitely come back again! Thank you!

  Stayed here for two nights. The room was very hot and humid on arrival with no window to open and I could see this was because it only worked when the key was present. Other than this it was comfortable. The staff were friendly throughout though a little disorganised at dinner. Good at dinner was tasty on the a la carte menu and fair value. Breakfast was average. The location was good though the sea was a little choppy for swimming and the local sellers a little irritating. Paying the bill was a lot of chaos with some overcharged. Those who tried the spa said it was poor. I felt a little disheartened by the signage saying that drivers must be kept away from their guests, a little bit of an in hotel caste system, and for these reasons I don't think I'd return.

  Good food. Should improve the service. Staff is not trained enough for big functions. But nice place

  Really good hotel, fantastic location, wonderful attentive staff and exceptional service. Food was OK but not brilliant. However 5 stars still. Good for all European tourists.
