  One of famous place of the Anuradhapura ancient city among visitors.There is famous statues called Isurumuniya Lovers (ඉසුරුමුණි පෙම් යුවල).

  The historic place with a lot of valuable artifacts including "The Lovers" and "The man and the horse's head". Government was able to maintain and renovate the structures as similar as possible.Even though this has a considerably large parking area, there is no shelter for the vehicles.

  After visiting the rest of the sacred city this is a nice place to end. It is close to the new town and not very crowded. Does ask for a separate entrance fee though, 200 rupee at the start of 2018.
