  Be careful when buying laptops.They gave sold me old laptop which they use for desplaying.they had re packed as a new one.

  The after sale services are horrible. I gave my laptop to repair since the screen had a crack on it. They said they would "check" and see. When they gave it back after "checking" they were more cracks than when i gave it to them. And they said it had happened when "checking" and they took no responsibility for their mistake. The repair cost Rs. 29,000. But afterwards they part they replaced stopped working. When i took it back to them. They said they would repair it within 3 but i called them everyday for roughly 3 weeks and they still had not repaired it. They kept saying they would check and call back but they never did. When i called them they said they would extend the warranty but when i got their they said that they cant do that. After arguments with the manager they agreed to extend it by a mere 20 days. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Of not only the representatives but the manager as well. I personally don't recommend this place. Strong suggest higher management to check and improve customer service since as of now it is completely hopeless.
