  We loved staying here, the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The shower was amazing, water pressure better than many European hotels and a rarity on the Island. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh juices. They serve fried eggs as standard, we asked for scrambled the next day which come highly recommended! The hotel owners were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us out. Just a couple of things would make it perfect; safe in the room (there was a lockable draw instead), and WiFi didn’t work on top floor in our room but it was fine in the restaurant floor. Also, there wasn’t a fridge in the room but as soon as we mentioned this they brought one right up. This is a very new hotel, so don’t be put off by the low number of reviews. For the price they are charging, you will be very happy!!!

  Sarath is a wonderful host and an excellent hotelier. The rooms are clean, secure and well furnished and the food in the restaurant is excellent also - especially the breakfast. The hotel itself is close to the town and a safe and easy walk. I recommend this hotel to all travellers.

  Excellent brand new hotel which far exceeded our expectations because of the lovely staff/family owners who were friendly and personable. Rooms are spacious with ac and a view of the lake, not too expensive compared to those in the area. There is a little shop for all the necessities and restaurant on the first floor with a good menu. They arranged a Kandy regional day tour which was 30% cheaper than other hotels.
