::Management has to trained the employees,how important customer service is.went on 23/12/2017 @ 8.25 pm.one employee directed me to the petrol pump @ the corner since there was a rush in a one pump.the second one refused to full fill my requirement & neglected me & asked me to go back to the aforesaid pump .If CCTV footages awailable pls check with those.Hope the management will take those incidents in serious manner to enhance their service levels in a satisfactory manner.
