  typical worst company of sri lanka. i have bought 2 a/c's from Kumara and 2 years later both ac compressors died ( not the first time). i have been calling them for more than 2 months to get it fixed but the woman ( not ganga the other woman ) and the man ( abeysinghe) who answers the phone gives the WORST customer service with attitude and false promises of fixing the air con. im absolutely disgusted about their after sale client service which has no guarantee of fixing your a/c or keeping their clients happy. i have made a huge mistake of going with this company with air conditioners because it was "CHEAP". any one who is considering to buy an A/C from them i want you to think twice and since their cheap reconditioned a/cs will break soon and you will not get service afterwords. even tho Damro or singer A/C's are double the price you get 5 year compressor warranty, plus RELIABLE after sales service! i hope all of them rot in hell!
