  Usually I try to avoid to be negative. Because I believe specialy concerning restaurants that someone is putting effort and love in the food. Me as a chef who worked in various restaurants from Asian to European, I feel my self obligated to inform you guys. Yesterday we were there and wanted to eat something. The first thing no one is speaking English or Sinhalese so ordering started difficult and the waiter/owner only wanted to sell us the most expensive dish on the menu. Knowing from experience that the portions in some Chinese restaurants can be huge so we desided to start with a vermicelli radish soup. No radish to find in the soup there was a mix of vermecelli rice noodles and some undercooked flour noodles. Then we ordered a dry fried chicken crispy chicken. This was no chicken!!! I couldn't identify the meat and asked what it was and he stood me it was frozen chicken from the supermarket. No skin no wing bones or any bones that I could identify as being chicken! We didn't finish our until now most expensive dinner in Sri Lanka. So do your self a favour and stay a way from this restaurant.
