::Avoid this place by any means! We went there for lunch today (after we had been looking forward to eating there for a few days as we are vegans..) and we were really disappointed with the whole experience! :( Not only did we have to wait for our food for ages as there was only one lady cooking for all people at the same time (I know, they advertise their slow cooking but come on, a burger and a burrito, how long can that take?!) we also got different dishes than what we ordered. Portions were really small compared to many meals we ate in Sri Lanka before and prices are so much higher than what you pay in other restaurants for similar dishes. In particular as they add a 10% service charge in the end.. which I find a big cheek regarding the bad service!! We ended up paying over 2000 rupees for a burger and a burrito (which were not even a burger and a burrito) plus two drinks.. Ridiculous! :(

::What a hidden gem in Unawatuna. The owner is a great cook and host. Sit back, relax and leave the touristic hustle behind. If you want fast food instead of quality you better go to one of the look-alike places at the beach.

::Great philosophy of slow and mindful cooking. The food is tasty, the staff is helpful. I loved their vegetable patty (very rich and dense, filled with rice, beans and veggies). Simple but very great grilled eggplant. An amazing vegan chocolate cake containing beetroot ! So unique :) Will visit again for sure !

::Nice food. Good vegan option. Relaxed spot with nice music. Food takes as long as good food should take... not fast food so!

::Sweetest owner with a beautiful philosophy about cooking, food and actually about the whole world :). Food is so good, try the falafel and vegan chocolate cake, but also the local dishes! And the cookery class (takes around 4/5 hours) is so fun and educational, totally worth your money! But of you're in a hurry, not the best option (although it's worth waiting)!
