  Its would be better putting sign boards at the toll paying counters without abbreviations like ETA for electronic payments. People whi have no idea would be confused

  Kadawatha Interchange. At t he moment of writing, the Kadawatha - Kerawalapitiya section is not complete (2018 April). It says Kadawatha will be the main center for travelling as all the expressways are connected to Kadawatha Interchange Including Kandy one.

  Guide lines for this interchenge is very poor @ Kandy colombo road. Its confusing the drivers who coming from other areas to reach this place. Administrative parties should attend to solve this quickly.

  Nothing much to say about this expressway entrance. But, it is the current beginning point for the southern expressway to which goes to Galle and Mantra. The only thing I have to say about this entrance is about the staff. Other than the baddegama exit in Galle, this is the next place I have seen the best staff. They greet the drivers and give a quick service. Really appreciate.

  You can enter/exit Colombo Outer Circular Expressway (E02) from Kadawatha interchange. South end connected to Southern Expressway (E01) and north end connected to Airport Expressway (E03) ( Kadawatha - Kerawalapitiya part under construction)
