  Despite government institute, this is efficient to some extent. At least officials could be approached. i have visited several times and service is satisfactory

  වැඩක් කෙරෙන් නැති තැනක්, නිවාස අනුමැතිය ගැනීමට මාස 6 ගතවිය. වෙනත් වැඩක් කර ගැනීම සදහා $$$$ දීමට සිදුවිය.

  I handed over my building application 3 month back. It took 2 months to see my application for first time. Then they request some corrections . Now it is one month from resubmition of corrected application . Still it is not assessed by committee . I think they are trying to get underhand payment . My worst experience with local government
