  Actually I don't know what to write about a highway interchange or a Toll both. Highway staff provide quick service for entrants and exiting people from highway. But I don't think that still we can pay from cards.

  As of November 2017, this is not the smoothest drive from exchange to the main roads. The road is under construction and is quite uneven. However it is still the fastest access from E01 expressway to the Piliyandala / Kesbewa towns.

  Easiest to get too to the highway if your around Piliyandala, boralesgamuwa, kottawa, kesbewa..

  This highway exit is located in the Colombo-Horana road. unfortunately especially during peak hours it is very hard to get to and get out from this highway exit due to the ongoing road construction work. once the road construction is over i think this will be one of the best exchange points of the southern highway.
