  My experience here was not so great. I booked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway since it was close to home. The room I got did not have a phone so I called the hotel direct line and asked for a phone; after waiting for about an hour I had to walk to the front desk and ask them again. The problems didn't stop there after a couple of hours the air conditioner stopped working and we had to switch rooms. The air conditioner in the new room worked but the phone and the mini fridge did not work. The food was alright but not worth the price I had to pay. Overall quite disappointed. But there was a steward named Waruna who was quite helpful he is the only reason that the rating I give is 2 stars not 1.

  Nice place, super friendly staff, clean rooms and other services are good. But the food is not great. Variety of foods and quality should be improved.

  Food is bad.. I am not satisfied about the Customer service.. however the rooms are large.. I will not recommend the place unworthy for the cost..
